Thomas has been around boats and the marine industry for over 4 decades.
Medford Marine Services (MMS) started from good heartedly helping friends with boats to be on the water. The satisfaction of helping others is the true driving force behind this company. Another reason we do what we do is helping our marine environment. Poorly maintained vessels are inefficient and pollute the Chesapeake Bay (CB) 24 hours a day. From maintaining and restoring boats as a hobby to being a mobile company providing service, repair, washing, polishing of boats, to providing third party services such as Quality Assurance / Control / Inspection for client’s.
MMS performs Condition and Value surveys, as well as Marine Engine Diagnostics, Marine Engine and Mechanical Systems surveys and Video Walk Through for remote clients.
We create and execute Quality Management Plans tailored to meet overall program or project level quality objectives and requirements.
MMS is conscious of the damage unserviceable and derelict boats leave on properties and the estuaries of the CB. MMS disposes of these vessels in the most environmentally responsible way possible. Tom removes more than a ton of litter from the CB annually.

Our 90' X 150' storage yard is capable safely storing trailers, equipment, RVs, and of course boats!
Medford Marine's goal is to increase our expertise and capability with all types of Yachts and Small Craft including trailered marine vessels regardless of operational profile.
